  • Subscribers get first priority on seating requests.
  • Subscribers receive a special package of benefits from local restaurants through our "Restaurant Partner" club. 
  • If you can't make a performance for any reason, simply exchange your ticket for another similarly priced performance during the same season. Or give them to friends. TSO tickets make for excellent gifts!
  • As a TSO subscriber, your seat will be reserved for you at every concert in your series.
  • Subscribers receive all of their tickets in advance. No more waiting in box office lines!
  • TSO subscribers have the opportunity to renew their same seats and series each season. If you decide to change your subscription, your request will be given priority over new subscription orders.

 

HOW TO PURCHASE A TSO SUBSCRIPTION

  • BY MAIL: Download and complete the subscription order form by following this link. Return it with your payment to:

  • BY FAX: Complete the Subscription Order Form and credit card payment information and fax it to (850) 222-9092. Faxed orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • BY PHONE: Call (850) 224-0461, Monday through Friday. Have your credit card ready.

 

SEAT ASSIGNMENTS: For the best seats, get your orders in early. All new requests are processed in the order in which they are received. If you wish to be seated with a friend, please mail the orders together.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS:

  • Fax torn tickets to the TSO at (850) 222-9092 or mail to “TSO Ticket Exchange” at 1020 E. Lafayette St., Ste. 207, Tallahassee, FL  32301 along with your name and phone number.  Please indicate which alternate concert you would like to attend and any seating preferences.  Holiday Magic! is excluded from the exchange offer. 
  • Exchanged tickets must be received at least one business day (48 hours) before the performance.
  • Exchanges are not accepted after a concert has taken place.
  • Only Masterworks tickets purchased as a subscription may be exchanged.  Special events such as Southwood POPS in the Park are not eligible for exchange.
  • If you are exchanging for a higher-priced ticket, you will be responsible for the difference. If you are exchanging for a lower-priced ticket, the difference (usually just a few dollars) will be donated back to the TSO.
  • We love donated tickets, so please feel free to call and allow us to resell your tickets if you can’t make it to a concert!

Your new tickets will be mailed to you, unless the request is received less than 10 days prior to the concert, in which case tickets will be held in will call at the box office. Please note that all sales are final upon receipt of payment. Seating subject to availability.
