Tallahassee is extremely fortunate to house an orchestra of exceptional quality for a city of its size. Thanks in large part to Florida State University and its outstanding faculty as well as very talented community musicians, the TSO brings an extremely high-level concert experience to its patrons. We are committed to matching this excellence in performance with an excellence in community engagement and education, and we are proud to be an integral part of Tallahassee’s civic life. Our contributions can be measured strictly in terms of numbers—we draw tourists, create jobs, help attract new industry, and enhance students’ intellectual growth—but are also measured by intangibles such as our patrons’ sense of shared experience and community pride.

TSO donors help fulfill our mission of serving the public. When you make a gift to the TSO, you can be assured that is will be spent wisely and put to use for the good of our community. Each season, the TSO depends on gifts to support almost half of its operating budget.
