Once Again, Rain Will Not Stop the TSO!
TSO Jazz Concert Moved to The Moon!

The national weather service predicts a high likelihood of rain for the time-frame during the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra Jazz concert, "TSO Jazz!" at Cascades Park. In consideration for your comfort, the event planners and the Tallahassee Symphony organization have elected to move the event indoors. Details of the venue change are as follows:
New Venue: The Moon
1105 E Lafayette St
Tallahassee, FL 32301
Concert Time: The concert will remain at 8:00pm (Doors open at 7:00pm)
Children's Activities event has been cancelled.
Ticket Information: SAVE YOUR APPETITE!
We will still have low-country boil boxes available for $10, provided by Madison Social. These include crawfish, sausage and potatoes and can be shared. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase at a full bar at the Moon.

Night At The Oscars will now be held at Ruby Diamond on October 6, 2017 at 8:00pm

Hurricane Irma impacts "Night At The Oscars"

Hurricane Irma impacts on our area disrupted our ability to use Ruby Diamond for the originally scheduled date and forced the TSO to reschedule our "Night At The Oscars" event.

Patrons holding tickets for the original date (September 15, 2017) may use their same ticket for the October 6 performance.

If you have a ticket for the September 15th date and are unable to attend the October 6 performance, please contact our office at 850.224.0461 for assistance.

Auditions for the TSO location change

The location for this Saturday's TSO Auditions has been changed to the "Early Music Room HMU229." Audition times and content remain unchanged.

Ticket Policies


For individual tickets to any Subscription Series Concerts please visit our Concerts & Tickets page where you can purchase individual tickets online through our ticketing system.

Please note: Individual tickets for our season typically are made available for purchase beginning in mid-August each year after our subscription orders have been filled.

Single ticket prices are as follows:

  • Platinum level seating – $60 all
  • Gold level seating – $52 adults/$47 seniors*/$25 students/child**
  • Silver level seating – $44 adults/$39 seniors*/$25 students/child**
  • Bronze level seating $36 adults/$31 seniors*/$25 students/child**

*Senior pricing is for patrons 60 and over.

**Student pricing is available with a valid student ID. Child pricing is for patrons 17 and under.


Can’t make the concert? We are happy to exchange your tickets. Exchanged tickets must be received at least one business day (48 hours) before the performance. Exchanges are not accepted after a concert has taken place.

If you are exchanging your ticket for a higher priced ticket, you will be responsible for the difference in cost. If you are exchanging for a lower priced ticket, the difference in cost will be donated back to the TSO. Your new tickets will be emailed to you, unless you request for them to be mailed or left at Will Call at the Box Office. Please note that all sales are final upon receipt of payment. Seating is subject to availability.


If a concert must be postponed due to inclement weather, tickets will be transferred to the rescheduled date. In the event a concert is cancelled, ticket holders will be sent a voucher equal to the value of the ticket. This voucher can be exchanged for any future concert as specified on the voucher.


If subscribers or individual ticket holders are unable to attend a concert and do not wish to exchange their tickets, they may donate the purchase price of their tickets to the TSO. Patrons who donate their tickets will receive a full tax donation for the purchase price. Donating your ticket allows the orchestra to return your seats to inventory and sell them to another patron.

To donate your ticket, please call our office at 850.224.0461 before 4:00 PM on the day of the concert. If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a message with your full name, seat location, and concert date for which you are donating your tickets. Once we have returned your seats to inventory, you will receive an email confirming your donation. You tickets are no longer valid.

On some occasions, we may offer your donated tickets to students at a discounted rate through our Student Rush program.

We’re sorry, but we are unable to refund the purchase price of any ticket.


Student rush tickets will be made available 30 minutes prior to the performance start time if the concert is not sold out. Students purchasing student rush tickets will be assigned the best available seat. In order to purchase a $10 student rush ticket, please show a valid student ID at the Box Office at the performance venue.
