Samuel Peliska enjoys an active career performing music throughout the southeastern United States. He serves as principal clarinet of Sinfonia Gulf Coast, and second clarinet of the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra and the Ocala Symphony Orchestra. He also performs frequently with the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra and the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra. Peliska holds a Doctor of Music degree in Clarinet Performance from Florida State University, where he studied with Frank Kowalsky and Deborah Bish. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where he studied with Franklin Cohen, former Principal Clarinet of the Cleveland Orchestra.
