About the Performance
Our first guest artist of the 25-26 concert season, pianist Evren Ozel, recently competed in the prestigious Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. Ozel came away with two awards: Best Performance of the Mozart Concerto Award, and the Bronze Medal for the overall competition – bravo!! We are thrilled to have him perform at our season opener on September 13 and are pleased to partner with Opening Nights at FSU to offer audiences an additional chance to hear his talent. At this special recital, Evren Ozel will perform some of his favorite solo piano works in the more intimate setting of Opperman Music Hall.
